NATURAL (Nuevas Especies), NATURAL (New Species)
Estas fotografías muestran nuevas especies de flora y fauna producto de desechos plásticos, elementos naturales y mi imaginación. A estas fotografías les doy una textura que imita las pinturas de los científicos naturalistas del siglo XIX.

These photographs portray new species of flora and fauna which are the product of plastic debris, natural elements and my imagination. The photographs are enriched with textures that imitate the paintings by botanists and zoologists of the second half of the 19th century.

NATURAL
Esta serie destaca la omnipresencia de contaminantes plásticos e irónicamente señala como el plástico está suplantando o transformando la naturaleza. El plástico que yo introduzco en escenas naturales imita, reemplaza o transforma.
This series underscores the omnipresence of plastic contaminants and ironically depicts how plastic is supplanting or transforming nature. The plastic debris that I incorporate into otherwise natural scenes imitates, replaces or transforms.
Polípticos (Polyptychs)
“REVOLUCION / EVOLUCION?” trata el tema de la frivolidad del mundo moderno. En este caso compara la superficialidad del mundo de la moda con el legado de la revolución francesa.“REVOLUTION / EVOLUTION?” deals with the concept of frivolity in the modern world. It compares the superficiality of the fashion world with the legacy of the French revolution.jpg)
“VERDADERO O FALSO” está basada en un billete falso de $100.00 con que me pagaron un trabajo. Critica el fanatismo nacionalista, que como cualquier otro fanatismo engaña y ciega.
“TRUE OR FALSE” is based on a fake $100.00 dollar bill given to me as a payment for a photography Project. It criticizes extreme nationalism which may result in a blinding fanaticism.jpg)
